gc44's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their gc44 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit gc44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your gc44 account at any time by submitting a closure request to gc44 support via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by gc44

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. gc44 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant account balances as disclosed in the fee schedule available from support. Players are encouraged to maintain regular account activity or request account closure if they no longer wish to use the platform.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to gc44's operational jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between you and gc44, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting gc44's customer support team. Our support agents will endeavour to address and resolve your concern within 5 business days of the initial complaint being formally submitted.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the sole and exclusive mechanism for dispute resolution, rather than seeking redress through the courts, unless applicable mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.

12 Amendments to These Terms

gc44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gc44 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the revised Terms come into effect. The updated Terms will always be available on this page with a revised effective date clearly displayed at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the gc44 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.
